Ball Lightning Video and build. End game map capable

Just wanted to do a video for my Ball Lightning build I made in the rampage league with some explanations

Setup

Doryani's belt 1-1.5 ex

Doryani's scepter cost about 1.5-2ex total, I used a moon sorrow til I could use this to level 70 maps

Gems Vaal Spark, lightning pen, and GMP

Boots: Rainbow Rainbow Stride not needed but nice to have

Ring: Dream Fragments very good

Other uniques could be the Eye amulet for no stun, the unique es shield is decent if you don't have something better, the Perandus ring is decent as well

Rest of gear is rare gear focusing on mana regen, crit, spell damage, ES and max res of course

Shield
Lightning warp, faster cast, reduced duration

Armor: Gems in order of importance Ball Lightning, spell echo, Lightning pen, Increased Crit Damage, Power Charg on Crit, IAOE/Fastercast

other 4ls
CWDT, enduring cry, enfeeble, immortal call

Reduced mana, discipline, clarity, Herald of Thunder

Arctic armor, Vaal Discipline, Increased Duration, (enhance/empower/assassin's mark in last slot)

Recently updated to reflect how good herald of thunder is with Ball Lightning, Herald of Ice is still useable but I just got rid of it for thunder. Also updated for some general passive skill tweeks I've done to the build over time.
