Ok, I have asked around and was told by multiple sources that the price of the staff is around 12 exalts. On beyond it is around 5-6-7 maybe and since the exalt is 2x it is only normal that on hc the staff would be 10-14 exalts (I guess).

I am offering you 12 exalts pure - for a fast trade. I dont have Koams, sorry!
PC: Last time I bough Pledge of Hands on HC it was 5L 6s for 12 ex. (believe this is fair trade).
