Flicker strike stops you from running when you click it and it's on cd.

Why is that? I have done only a few pvp matches, but still this is so frustrating. Especially when you are chasing people down and they get even further ahead because you click flicker and it just stops your char because "derp i am on cooldown bro".

Oh look, someone complaining that a stupidly OP skill isn't perfect.
