Do you find that vengeance link to be enough to sustain your life or do you spend alot of time using potions?

depends on the map/mods, but a lot of the time I don't really use much other than the taste of hate. for big packs/burst dmg yes def using them, but they are used for countering bleeds and curses more.

Nice. One of the biggest things holding me back in some of my builds is having to waste a gem slot on life leech. I think i might try this.

Any reason you didn't take Ondars Guile?

I've never really needed Ondar's Guile, but now that I'm starting to do high level rare maps and I'm Chaos Orb'ing them rather than Alt/Regaling, I'm running into X additional projectiles more often and as soon as I hit 92 I'm going to respec a dmg node and take it.
