Can Ondar's Guile be countered by very high accuracy?

Or do I need a Lioneye's on switch to counter such builds?
I don't mind adding an accuracy support gem and some accuracy items, but will it suffice to overcome high evasion OG? In my opinion, OG is really overpowered but as it is so specific nobody seems to mind. If they would make it double total evasion instead of chance to evade, it would be much more reasonable and still be a worthy keystone... . |

It can indeed but you'll need a lot(will never reach the amount so you will always hit). Chenk the formula on wiki
