Leo's 1 vs 1 daily

I wanted to give leveling Leo a shot just to get some basics down. How do you start a 1 vs 1 match? I tried dueling that doesn't work. I tried killing someone in the sarn arena that doesn't work. Does it have to be on a low level character? It says "may" so I assumed I could use any character but I can't get credit for it.

To queue just press b and choose 1v1
