How to level:
Get +1level with recipe(blue wand, alteration and ring) on double 3links wands, 1 wand 3 blue sockets, other 2 blue 1 red

Level with flame totem linked with added lightning + faster casting
Freezing pulse with added lightning + ice nova
in act3 when you will kill general switch to glacial cascade(remove freezing pulse) and at that time try to get 4 blue links to 4 links ice nova, and glacial cascde with concentrated effect, faster casting(spell echo when you will get it) + added lightning.
Dont use innervate for leveling linked with icenova, but level on second weapons, to have higher level later on.
Go to ELdrish battery fast, you wont care about mana, till that use rallying cry to get mana. Later get Zealoth's oath talent and use enduring cry to recharge mana(regen goes to life).

Level without crit talents, start getting crit talents from middle/end merciless.


Info about build and what you need to know:
1.With higher level you dont care about detonate dead mod on boxes, since you will shatter everything.
2.You will freeze a lot, try to get get 5links and use life leech, you will feel awesome.
3.Aim ES shield, some hybrid armor, check my gear for exmaple.
4.DEFENSE. I use wwblades+fortify to get buff, then arctir armor, arctir armor with wwblades can slow(leave chill on the ground) bosses like dareso, cole, dominus and similiar by /2, is makes them almost a joke, plus while you cast icenova you it takes less phy and fire damage. Use granites very often.
5.IceNova on AoE, GC for single target, at high level remove flame totem.
6.You NEED Chill of Corruption jewel, since you shatter everything, then you need vaal haste with increased duration, so you can pretty much can use it 24/7.
7.You can check links on gear.
8.You rely on double curse linked wit herald of thunder and curse on hit, in party i suggest use power charge on critical, you NEED power charges to freeze a lot, which means to be safe a lot.

Personally for me its very fun build, i was in top20 pretty much all the time in tempest, so you can do this in hardcore as i proved, Cleared 5 76 rare maps so far, its not so OP as spin to win build(cyclone) or summoners or double boring totem, but it can work very well. I am still alive, the moment i write this guide as leve89, ranked 19, but i will die eventually, so be ready to give good reactions in general chat.

Normal - Help Oak(+40 life)
Cruel - Kill (skill point)
Merciless - Help Alira(power charge)
