Looking for Gloves upgrade for Marauder + Buying Marohi Erqi

Looking for an upgrade to my current gloves:

Must haves on the gloves:
200+ armour atleast
50+ max life
10%+ cold resist
24%+ lightning resist

I'm basically looking for something decent, nothing godly.
Max amount that I'm willing to spend is 1 ex.

Also buying Marohi Erqi for 15c.
