PC - tri element boots

They are decent leveling boots but unfortunately they won't be worth much in a permanent league like hardcore (not the temporary league). The rolls are all on the medium-low side and a big thing it's lacking is movement speed (which is a huge thing). You might be able to get a chaos but that's the ceiling.
