hi guys, i am trying to make this Hidden Basement hideout myself but i do not understand how he made this so called "Boiler"

For some reason, Zana (lvl 8) calls this a "bird cage".... plus a "disc" from Vagan on the floor and some source of fire, e.g. "fire pits" from Vorici maybe.
