Vagan Hierarchy Hideout

Hey guys, would like to have some feedback/suggestions.
The basic idea is 3 levels of hierarchy: citizen, army, king.
Still need to be detailed, espicially king layer, since i dont have much favour, because of a new player, but the basic idea it is.
