Weird Localization of passive skill tree

First of all I'm playing the English version(Version 3.0.1e). I don't think it was there when the game updated but instead switched at an unknown point of playing. Every node in the passive tree has this weird gibberish. Relogging doesn't work but restarting the game solved the problem.
