"Player's life and mana recovery from flasks are instant" sextant NOT WORKING.

////////It's the second time i report this bug, so now i will do it properly, better pay freaking attention because it's not funny losing time doing so =D

I can confirm the sextant is not working too.

My encounter was with life flask, not mana or hybrid flasks (as in I only had life flask so I never tried the other two)

Still have the same issue.
With a Saturated Divine Life Flask of Staunching.
And with the sextant: "Player's life and mana recovery from flasks are instant"

The life recovery wasn't instant.
