[3.0] BEST DoT Blight in +2 Skin of the Loyal CI Occulitst VIDEO UP END GAME
  Hello hello, i tried to get max dps possible with blight, so i bought a +2 Loyal to get blight at level 28. Btw the dps is not the best possible since need to get all gem 21/20 (23/20 in cehst) to boost it. This build, with this setup and items is not cheap, but it works well also with a low budget version. Ascendancy: Malediction, Void Beacon, Wicked Ward Bandits: 2 passive Pantheon: atm using Tukohama and Solaris

How is the leveling and gear with budget build?
