Your best character effect yet

Hey,

In the past I've complained that certain character effects were a little too busy - some of the most notable examples being the Infernal character effect and the Stormcaller character effect. It wasn't that I hated the hand so much as I really wanted the option of plainer effects.

The new Fire character effect is awesome, thank you! I like the Ice character effect, too. :)
