Excavation map will not complete.

I've run the map Excavation several times and successfully killed the boss several times, but it will not complete on my atlas. I never run maps without any mods so I have met the bonus objective requirements several times.

There are 2 boss rooms in Excavation (the same as in the old Crystal Ore). Did you clear them both?
