Cyclone vs molten strike is a matter of preference.
Cyclone will be smoother for general mapping, but molten strike wins out for bosses. The thing is this build doesn't have much natural move speed which you'd want for a better experience with cyclone. Cyclone is also much fewer overall hits per second compared to molten strike balls so when it comes to charge generation and life gain on hit, molten strike is the clear winner. Added the dps video which unfortunately had a breach spawn on top of mino, but I guess it looks cool?

Hi,
i have started my new build and follow your guide.. i have 4 season experience to mjolnir but no have experience with your new mechanics... First i have used cyclone for a lot of time... the molten strike i have used in 2 season with the rico guide... The clear speed of molten strike is good but cyclone is better... in abyss league (my char is in abyss) can get a gloves with faster attack and add setup of cyclone in this. The life is good but 5.4k is not enough ? what level are able to go mjolnir ? i levelling by freezing pulse now... Thanks for the reply. | |
" Molten strike is better for bosses. 5.4k life is fine if you have as much mitigation as I have. You can switch to mjolnir as soon as you have the stats and levels required to wear it. my PoB doesnt show me my discharge dmg so now i wonder if socketing AS or spell damg will result in more dps

" Go to configurations and tick "are you using endurance charges?" and tick the one for power and frenzy charges as well. Also tick "have you used a fire skill in the last 10s?" and tick the one for cold and lightning as well (this is for your 25% penentration from using wild strike).
