Lvl. 65 witch reset after over 1 year afk

Haven't played for over a year and last time i actively played there only was 5 acts. want a beginner friendly and budget friendly build that i can put together at lvl 65 if possible.

I would suggest heading over to Liftingnerdbro and EngineeringEternity's youtube channels for some great beginner content. There are so many build's that are considered "viable" and capable of doing nearly all of the content in the game that it is really hard to answer your question.

Check out their video's until something catches your eye and maybe try the new league in a week :D
