My pc randomly shutdown

My pc always shutdown when i play POE each 20-60 min.Its cause only when i playing POE.
WTF? And last time shutdown each 15-30 min (( Need help.

Sounds like something in your computer is overheating.
The graphics in poe are far from optimal right now and cause heavy load on your system.

My old computer (got a new one this week) used to climb to over 90°C when playing poe - and eventually shut down too. The main problem were the shadows. TURN_THEM_OFF!

Additionally I suggest you download CPUID HWMonitor and have a look a the max temperatures when you play. If they exceed 75-80°C you should tune your graphics down some more.

If nothing helps, run PoE on a lower resolution.
That way I could run PoE even on my very old computer without problems (looks blurry though).

I turn off all grafic mode ( shadow antilias and etc ) and again shutdown ((( i dont know what me make and last time just impossible play . pc shut down each 10-15 min (

tell us your computer spec's + how old is your computer?

AMD phenom quad-core proc 550 ti geforce and 4g memory
But another games work ( this problem only in POE

If you believe it's not a overheating issue, i would check the power supply. It may have some issues. Try a different one, maybe of bigger wattage if u have the possibility.

Today 6th June 2012 ive download the game and my pc is keep shuting down .......What the Hell :( !!!!!!!!

I have been exploring this issue as it is happening to me as well. I checked the system requirements page at: https://www.pathofexile.com/faq#q14

According to this, my system should be able to run The Awakening without trouble. I decided to get a second opinion.

System requirements lab lists a 4 GB ram requirement and shows me to have a mere 3.6 GB. The suggest ram requirement in the FAQ referenced earlier states 2 GB to be sufficient.

I will email support to see if they have a fix for this. There are enough people experiencing this issue that it would seem that either the minimum requirements are understated or there is a deeper problem.

I had the same problem.

Every other game worked perfectly, but only Path of Exile 1 caused my PC to shut down after several minutes.

I changed every available setting and nothing helped.

Eventually, I ran a few stress tests with AIDA64, and my PC shut down almost immediately during the FPU stress test.

I realized the issue was with my CPU cooling (since the FPU test heavily stresses the CPU). I replaced the CPU fan, and that completely fixed the problem.
