Acton's Nightmare not completing

Not getting atlas completion for Acton's Nightmare. I swept the instance twice over and there are no more monsters remaining. Also I clicked the chest at the end by the boss, still no completion. I think the chest bugged and didn't give me completion when I clicked it. Either way I figured I'd make a bug report. Here's some screenshots.

Just bring flesh offering, volatile dead, bone offering, etc.. and destroy the Boss necromancers corpse and it should complete.
