3.3 VAAL COLD SNAP/ RIGHTEOUS FIRE. LOW BUDGET. SHAPER DONE

Patch 3.3 buffed cold snap a lot, and i have some idea to create Trickster + cold snap(cold damage per second). And it turned out much better than I expected. Skill is broken. Cold snap can kill shaper in invulnerability + ice ground dps stacks. Nerf incoming

Build mechanics

Main skill - cold snap, damage scales the damage is increased by double curse + elemental overload + + elemental equilibrium. Vaal cold snap have even more dmg + it generate frenzy charges, which helps on boss fights.
Also damage boosted by frost bomb and orb of storms for ele overload & ele equilibrium.
For even more damage per second, i used righteous fire + vaal righteous fire. It gives + 60% more spell damage when used, and it scales with cold snap, because spell damage boost damage over time on cold snap.
Besides vaal rf have huge dps even on 4-link

Pros
Fast mapper, high cold dmg per second, survivability, high regen and leech after killing enemies,low budget

Cons
Can't do elemental reflect. Enemies can stun,break down cast of vaal skills. Probably anoying gameplay for some people.

Build required only rare items. Except Doryani's catalyst and Witchfire brew. Price of all my gear under 6 exalts
Priority gear
Life+Energy shield+resistances. Jewelry Cold damage + life + resistances.
Jewels
Cold damage, increased maximum life, damage over time, spell damage.

Gems
Vaal Cold snap, Controlled destruction, Efficacy, Hypothermia,Swift affliction. Elemental focus\Incresed AOE

Vaal Righteous fire, efficacy, elemental focus, burning damage.

Orb of storms, crit chance, arcane surge

Shield charge, fortify, faster attacks

Frost Bomb

Blasphemy, Frostbite

Why don't you use the unique rings, Tasalio's Sign and The Halcyon?

Because those unique items considered on freeze, which i dont use. For my opinion better to have rings and amulet with flat hp+res and % cold damage. But yeah, this uniques can be used, in some point it can be better.
