[3.3] Most unkillable jugg for boss ?

Hello,
currently running a BV elem, I am looking now for a jugg to run end games boss (to run uberlab, uber elder, ect)
there is some build that interest me :
rf, dual strike (reave for maping), molten strike
My budget is around 30ex

Let's me know which one is better for you and why ? (share if you have other thought)

In my opinion RF is the tankiest and easiest of those cause you scale Life and Life Regen and u get Dmg from that too.

It's not the fastest tho.
