Port & Restaurant (unfinished)

Hello Everyone,

This is the second hideout I've made and actually wanted to share with the community. It's the first HO I'm actually going to upload. Sadly this HO is only about 1/3 finished since I wasn't able to keep my objects under 750 (any chance this limit will ever go up?).

All the same though I'm just going to upload it anyway. The idea was originally a seaside restaurant theme, but after starting my HO began to turn into something more like a complete town than just a restaurant.
