How does Elemental Hit work with conversion to chaos dmg?

Hi, I tried to build an Elemental Hit Occultist in PoB with Voltaxic Rift and Incandescent Heart but it seems like PoB can't handle the Lightning to chaos conversion from Voltaxic and neither the elemental dmg gained as chaos dmg from Incandescent Heart so I couldn't test it there.
Incandescent Heart should give extra damage from all 3 elements right? Same should be true with Gloomfang?
I'm aware that the Fire conversion is better than Lightning conversion thanks to Avatar of Fire but I want to play some wacky stuff in Flashback and want to see if Ele hit is still OP with a "bad" setup.

It's wasted.

This is found on the gem description of elemental hit:

"

Only Deals Damage of the chosen Element
Deals no Damage of other Damage Types

The Damage Types are: Physical, lightning, cold, fire, chaos.

The result is that Elemental Hit always deals no chaos damage and always deals no physical damage.

Lol that's why it doesn't show any damage, thanks. I was so fixated on the idea that I misssed to read the gem^^
