Hi i see somes videos explain how work pasive tree and i guess that can replace the gender block i mean only can do famle witch necromancer but is viable throught pasive skills tree do a cheftain necromancar ?

If I understand correctly, the question is essentially: "Can I play a minion-based build on a male character?"

The answer is definitely yes, but it might not be as good as Necromancer. Here's a couple builds I came across in a quick search:
