One hand sword + Shield Mara Build with few Questions

Greetings.
I`m pretty new to the game, still under a month and decide to make a thread for the questions i ask about my build.
I`m playing Pure Physical One-hand Sword and Shield Marauder with Juggernaut Ascendancy.
My Solo ability is Heavy Strike. For AOE right now using Reave, but still can`t decide should it be Reave, Cleave or something else, even thinking of Tectonic Slam. You have to help in there. What will be the best one hand and shield going physical.
With Reave right now i`m doing 45k.
With Heavy Strike 30,5k.
Reave supported gems are this - Mele Physical - Multistrike - Brutality - Faster attack - Chance to Bleed.
Still can`t decide for the last one. Should it be Chance to Bleed or Ruthless or Maim. You got to help with this too.


For the passive Tree i have 2 choices with minor difference:

This is my items so far:


Right now i have 6,2k. HP(still 4 life passive to take) and all resist are cap. 82% dmg reduction with more then 40k in armour.
Will try to get better Helmet and Boots, that`s obvious.
Not sure about the rings and Amu. What mods i need to look for them ?
Also need better Sword, but they are pricey. I think from the unique this sword is the best.
Question about the Shield as well. Is this good enough or i should look for some rare with 2,5k armour and other good roll, but the hp and block chance for sure will be a lot lower.
The Surrender is not a bad choice, what you thing ?
Also what chest is better the one that i`m equip or this one:


And my last quesiton is about buffs and aura.
I use Blood Rage, Vulnerability and Enduring Cry as buff/curses. Maybe Enduring Cry has no place in there, cause i get endurance charges from Ascendancy ? For Aura i have no idea what should i run.
Right now Vitality and Haste.
