Want to get 100, should I change from Poet's Pen?

I'm looking at getting 100 for the first time this league, I'm not sure if you can view my character/tree from my post if you can't please let me know how I can share this information.

I really like my Poet's Pen build build, I've done Shaper, Guardians etc and leveling is pretty good and I blow mobs up very quick but I'm finding in some delves I get 1 shot, I have pretty good HP, I'm res capped and run defensive potions most of the time. I'm not sure if I should respect in to something else as I've died 6 times at 95 which has lost me about 5 hours worth of leveling. Maybe I could change my spells a bit? Maybe my build isn't optimal? Should I change build and go something else? Any help or advice appreciated.
