3.4 Shonen protagonist: Berserker, Dominating Blow, and Facebreakers.

As everyone knows, the best way to make friends is to punch them really, really hard. Over and over. While shouting insane gibberish.

Anywho, I picked up some 789% facebreakers in SSF and decided to make a build with it.

Since % damage is kinda hard to get for FB on the tree, and the new Herald of Purity gives a bunch of flat physical damage, I thought some kind of minion leader might be workable.

and before you actually look at the PoBs, let it be known that I am a filthy casual, and have never even met Shaper. I would greatly appreciate build advice.

First, the current character punching his way through yellow maps.

I'm not having any issues with trash clearing. Abyssal cry is dealing something like 50% of monster health each explosion and everything just vanishes. Hooray for minion damage nodes.

Bosses are a different story. I'm having pretty severe survival issues against a lot of things and I'm not sure how to deal with it.I get those free heals from shouting and I have piles of minions in the way, but stuff can just chunk my hp. Honestly thinking about trying to alternate abyssal and enduring to some more survivability. I find myself mostly just tossing a Vaal Skeletons at the big guys and trying to catch them with the edge of Dom. blow's AoE.

Aspect of Carnage really doesn't help in delves either. Minions will quickly drag the more solid rares into the darkness and immortality, and damn does that stuff burn fast when you take bonus damage from it. I've been debating dumping it and Cloaked in Savagery for Rite of Ruin, but I really don't think that'd help.

Tons of room for improvement in gear though. Other than the top 5% facebreaker, ssf has not been kind to me.

I think the final build should look a little more like this:

Deidbellow for giving all the minions a free minion speed, loreweave, dancing duo, etc. I picked at the low hanging fruit mostly. No idea if the skills are ideal, there are so many that I want to put in.

Anyway, it's been fun to play and is leagues more powerful than the siege ballista build I cursed myself with a while back.
Advice would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe try the eternal apple that trigger socketed cry when you loose endurance charges? I have a berserker using it, very hard to kill since constant 25% hp from the cry every 1.43 seconds, I'm having trouble with the dps tho :(
It also triggers the cry in order, and doesn't seem to use the same one if you still have the buff, like rallying cry one!

I'm not totally sure about this system. The ideal way to use this seems to be to have Cast on Damage Taken-Immortal Call at a fairly high level (20% hp?) so that it procs, eats your charges, and enduring crys to heal you back up instantly.

I'm personally just spamming the cry skill constantly, so the only real difference is timing. and max rage stacks and max end charges.
That 'removes all end charges on hitting max' mod is pretty nasty.

Also, don't the warcries have to be self cast to cause the healing?
Yes, they have :D mistake form my part >.<
I used daresso's courage to loose mine constantly, kept all cry pretty much up all the time, enduring cry regen was pretty good, had to self cast for boss when it's high enough enduring cry still gives you one charge but timing is a problem if you get hit too early
Still trying to make something work too, no luck so far :D
Picked up a Dancing dervish and it helped immensely. The rampage will persist for the entirety of a Delve, and because of Spiritual Aid you get double the damage buff from it. Managing to get it into a boss fight is almost automatically a victory.
I met yellow Elder and subsequently stopped being a Berserker. Switching to Jugg turned getting oneshot by tentacles into being able to tank the whole set of them. I lose about 50% of my personal damage swapping, but who cares if I can survive the fight now? It might be worth it if you had trade league gear, but Berserker is dead to me.
Probably dropping the 'warcries cost no mana' circle because of this, but I'll still use enduring cry for charges and eventually deidbellow.
My tree will need to be reworked to pick up Arcane Chemistry if I ever find two Writhing flasks.
