[WIP] Kitava Toxic Rain - Auto Essence Drain, Cotagion and Despair

This is my first time trying to make a build. So all feedback are welcomed! Be nice :D

How I came up with this build?

I saw the Kitava Thirst Helm, and looked into it a bit, no one in 3.4 are really using it. It has relatively low cool down as well. (I haven't really done some research, but I believe it is less that 250ms for sure. Maybe around 150ms?) Anyway. I am a lazy player. And Essence drain, Cotagion and Despair are all good buffs for Toxic Rain. And it spreads quite well.

This whole build focuses on Toxic Rain. (My links might not be optimal as I just leveled this guy.)

I have cleared up to T10 at level 70ish.

Note: I focus on Pod damage. And don't mind my gear too much, I am just having whatever I have in my stash. Don't need expensive gears to make it work. Although a watcher's eye xx% damage taken to mana under affect of clarity will be nice. Definitely don't need head hunter.

All you need is. Kitava Thirst, Cloak of defiance, Quill rain, thief's torment (should swap it out soon though, still thinking.)

Found your thread when i was looking for some kitava's thirst builds.
I hope you dont mind if i dig it up :)

I am playing with that helmet for several leagues now. Tried it out with numerous skills, e.g flamesurge, EK, spark,..., but ended up with toxic rain during the synthesis league.

The first one died at lvl 96, got one-shot by that chaos-master-thingy in a t15 map.
The second one is still at lvl 93, but the league is kinda done for me...

and btw as far as i know the helmet has no cooldown itself :)
