Potential 3.5 Idea - Feedback Appreciated

First things first - I know that the patch notes for Betrayal are still not out yet, not for another week at the least. But - I made this build when a friend of mine gave me a crazy idea and I would like - More like love feedback on how it is setup.

The premise of the build is a Righteous Fire/Winter Orb for spells as a Chieftain with a Cold to Fire Damage setup for the Winter Orb.

This is the POB of the build, it is a work in progress, Right now most of the skills/items are set, obviously instead of Frostbolt it will be Winter Orb in it's place. I know this is all theory crafting and it can't be completed until the actual patch notes and POB is updated, with that said i'm not the best build creator nor am I all that good at the game but I want to see if anyone has some suggestions/criticism of the build that I can build upon, any help is greatly appreciated.
