Press B, switch to PvP tab, pick PvP mode, click Join.
Go to Act 2, talk to Greust, click Join PvP, pick PvP mode, click Join. Go to Act 3, talk to Maramoa, click Join PvP, pick PvP mode, click Join. If you want to join Sarn PvP arean - go to Act 8, climb the stairs, click at the door, enjoy the silence. Problem: impostor syndrome

So no more Sarn arena for PvP-only characters?

They should've just add "join Sarn Arena" button to PvP tab. It would be grayed out in non-town areas, Also it could work as 'surrender' button on PvP arenas, instead of log-out.
