Hideout of the week S02E03 Tranquil Battle-Scarred Hideout - exportable version?

Hey guys,

I've always wanted to create a 1:1 copy of a hideout mentioned in the title (HotW video below):

With the 3.5 patch finally we have the ability to export/import hideouts and there goes my question - is there anyone that recreated said hideout and would be able to export it?

I believe that the original author has left the PoE forums and his forum topic regarding the hideout is inactive.

If anyone has recreated this hideout and would be able to export it, please let me know - either in this topic or via PM.
