Seeking help with BV Chieftain

Im a new player to poe, so I have chosen a tanky build to start with and learn the basics. I have learnt a lot of things, but currently struggling with surviving t13-16 bosses, and the syndicate members on those maps.

I started for looking improvements, but stuck a little, since im not an expert neither do I have the required experience. So i looked up for path of exile racing website and tried to find the top chieftain blade vortex players. Their build a little different than mine, but i don't see if they would have better survivability othar than a few hundred more life.

Tried to learn a few things in pob too, so based on those my total dps is around 600k which is a 25-30% less than the top players on ladder, but i still feel like its enough since i one shot almost every pack, even blue and yellow mobs. On bosses i use my vaal vortex, and vaal rightheous fire, they are dying quite fast but they often one shot me. I am trying to avoid the mechanics, not successfully because of my lack of knowledge tho.

What I am looking for are experts whom can tell me what should i upgrade next, maybe a passive three overhaul. New items, goals i should aim for. So far i only practice red maps, don't know the other late game stuff like elder and shaper yet.

Maybe i should swap enfeeble for anger, but again then i would be even weaker in defense.
