Does exist Lunaris Tile Hideout same as Solaris Tile (old Zana, now is Ivory Temple)?

No, there is no Lunaris hideout right now. But it's possible GGG will add such to the MTX shop at a later time.
If you mean the Immaculate hideout (the one that used to exist before 3.5) you can still unlock it if you don't have it somehow. The Bother progress: 11% You don't even imagine how much harm you've caused. I'm not sure I'll live long enough to finish "The Bother". You're one of my murderers. I have zana's old hideout (imaculate is current). But want lunaris =((

The stuff for Lunaris is already in the game. If you take the chairs you can buy from Zana and cycle through them, you get to see the blue ones too.
