COC 3.5 Quill rain Spark/EK (Back from 2,3 , unfinished , need som help)

Hello everyone can someone help me reviving that build back from 2,3 coc quill rain ? It was rly fun playing it back in the days , i tried it out for 3.5 and suprisingy with just random gear , and only 6 gems in total ( the 6l on my quill rain ) , i managed to run a t10 ( I know , its not high at all , but gems are low lvl , and i have only 6 gems for now )

I also made the tree , changed it just a little bit for extra crit mult,crit chance and some damage , build seems to be working right now , i just need some help from somebody who knows what he is doing , i've never understood the game much , even thro im playing long time :D

P.S - The Impulsa i just put it randomly , but it could be included actually in the build :D It could work well i think

Your barrage got 17.796105 crits/sec without frenzy charges/diamond flask, definitely an overkill. CoC gem can proc maximum 6.(6) times a sec, so you want like 6.4 crits/sec to account for network latency between attacks.

Can try some other skills, like blast rain or tornado shot, your crit is moderately easy to get to 95% nominal (effective will be lower since chance to hit is not 100%) without 100% more bonus on full/low enemy life.

You can get more from:
- diamond rings;
- crit corrupted gloves;
- spike-point + rare crit roll quiver;
- taking Noxious Strike instead of A&A, but I find that weird;
- elder chest with life, dodge and up to +1.5% attack crit chance, but I don't think it is that necessary.

Accuracy can come from Hinekora's Sight amulet or Tempered Mind jewel above The Witch.

Here could ditch Duelist part and take MoM instead, then you would need to remove heralds, ge mana on gear and have less damage.
