Ingenious work! I especially love the cobblestone street on the marketplace, it's pretty hard to pull off and it looks really good!

I downloaded your pastebin link and copied it to a .hideout file but most of the layout isnt showing up when I import it. have I done something wrong or am I missing rep with masters to get a lot of the stuff you used?

Not to sure how this works, but I think you either need to already own the stuff you need or indeed have the rep to be able to buy it. The slum houses are pretty dear at 150k a pop.

There are a few MTX items included, but nothing huge, so I don' t think that would be it.
