Tectonic Slam showing 30% more DPS with Wings of Entropy than Kitava’s Feast. Tooltip wrong?

Very confused...Just 5 Linked Kitava’s Feast thinking I was going to get a nice DPad boost over Wings of Entropy. Showed the same for Abcestral Warchief. Level 85 Jug and picking up mostly 2 hand weapon and Axe % physical damage upgrades and a couple plus elemental and plus fire.

I was so excited too! Lol

65,950 DPS with Woe
49,226 with Kitava’s Feast

Help me please....
