[Sarn arena] distracting sound effect

Please remove that terrible 'waterfall' effect from bottom-left arena entrance.
It shouldn't be there.
It's never been there before 3.5.
Sarn Arena already has extreme amount of simultaneously played sound effects.
This one is unnecessary and annoying.
