My first attempt at a hideout (Beach Side Hub)

I only started really trying to create a decent HO this league, and I started out with a stately HO that was kind of all over the place because I did not know what I wanted.

This is a Town where as you ascend the hills, the town's residents ascend in class, to the top palace where the treasury is located and an overview of the small kingdom.

I would love some criticism and some tips in order to improve.
