Upgrading meh Laptop

Yo, dont' mean to spam dawgs but I'm looking to upgrade meh top-top. That's what I call 'em. Currently I have a SIC Elitebook 8770w. But I'm gonna upgrade to something with a GTX1070, GTX1080, or GTX1080 Ti. Just wanna know if you got the work on some deals dawg.

Budget I guess is $1400 ish. I don't mind builky. I don't mind refurbs or used either.

After looking around for way too long this is the best laptop I've ever seen value wise.And cooling is one of its main features which is perfect for me in this Mississippi heat.

I'm almost concerned that it might be... too good to be true. Can they really sell this for that price? I don't think they actually will at the tend of teh day. At least not in the long run. I'd better buy it as soon as it's available.
