Where do I get the falling coins Hideout Doodad from?

I can't seem to find this doodad anywhere.
Mathil has it in his hideout? It looks like a waterfall of falling coins, that land in piles. Below is a screenshot. Does anyone know where to get it from?  Last bumped on Jun 11, 2019, 6:49:35 PM
