The whispering Ice Icestorm effect is ridiculous

Please nerf visual effect of Ice storm.. It was ok at lower levels even with spell cascade, but once I got some intellegence, skill effect duration and aoe, it starts to really lag because all the particles and effects overlapping. It also obscures all vision especially with dynamic resolution I can't even see anything. Firestorm in comparison is showing much better performance (dynamic resolution doesn't even trigger) because I guess it doesn't leave overlapping chill effect on the ground.

To anyone who will say my pc is potato, well that's partially true, but I don't have any issues with any other skill (maybe with a few exceptions) and it always 60 fps

I Second that. Such a cool spell - such a laggy effect. When will they update it ? :'(
