Edit Date 7/30:Hello it's been a week since i've posted this with no updates, just letting you guys know my full attention has been on making a video guide. Hello Exiles This is a rough rendition of the build guide. I will be making edits frequently feel free to ask any questions. This is a build built around the berserker blitz mechanic completely mitigating the downside of less crit by using using wands. Inspired by the shield charge change that allows use of wands. +As fast as most headhunter builds +can do any content +Tanky +Incredible scaling +off meta -~2ex starting cost -Can die to full juiced t16 legions -needs clarity watchers eye to function without going oom -can't do reflect and no leech maps -High investment to reach shaper killing dps -Not a recommended first character of the league -Needs too many buttons on toolbar unless accommodated Cons may seem to outweigh the pros ,but the speed of the build makes up for it. 2.Blitz 3.Crave the slaughter 4.Rite of ruin Blitz is essential,it gives us 20% MORE attack speed and 200% reduced crit chance which is mitigated by the fact that we're using wands Rite of ruin gives us even more damage, but more importantly it's the only way to attain rage as a ranged character. Piscator's Vigil is a must. If you want to upgrade a Double Corrupted piscator's with ele pen is your best bet. As far as the shield goes BIS is having access to "socket gems are supported by lvl 5 CWDT so your can run molten shell, inc duration, and immortal call in your shield Other stats you want are life resists and armour Helmet

Devotos Devotion is solid and is what i'm currently using Light poacher is an option if you have T1 abyss jewels and give up fortify and faster attacks on shield charge You can also use a rare helm with defense stats Barrage helm enchant preferred Body Armour

Iron Reflexes is very important for the build, this item is a must have. You can also opt for an elder astral plate or a Point Blank skin of the lords but is not recommended. Gloves

Rare Gloves, you want resist,life, and damage on your gloves. You'll have your Power Siphon socketed here so you can get gem specific rare mods as well. Boots

Bubonics are a great option, flat damage from abyss jewels power the build because of the effect of the wand. Amulet

Stats to look for are flat ele damage and crit multi If you can get a shaper base elemental damage pen is the best stat you can get. Rings

1st slot: Mark of the elder is very hard to beat it gives us flat elemental damage, life, and up to 80% increased damage. Must be used with a shaper ring in the other slot. 2nd slot: A shaped diamond or opal ring with assassins mark A regular rare shaped ring can also be used on a budget Belt

A Rare stygian with life and resist is a great option abyss sockets are very important HeadHunter is the best option :) Flask

Staunching instant flask is a must Diamond flask is great because it gives us around 20% effective crit 15% elemental Atziri's flask is great for damage Jade flask gives us a ton of armour,that makes it a great defensive option. Dyingsun helps out a lot for clear speed, and gives barrage a ton of damage Curse and freeze immunity are recommended flask mods Jewels

Hey, thanks for checking out my post. Ill try to have a video up in a week or so, i'm trying to iron out some kinks that the build has atm. And thanks again for commenting, I really appreciate the feedback.

I agree, the build idea seems cool. Will not try out a build though without video of legion fights and T15/16 maps at minimum.
