Best Deep Delve (1500+) build?

What are you thinking about deep delve build? Will it be one more time self curse Temporal Chains claw juggernaut?

Used to play HoWA previous league till depth 800, and it wasn't good at all (like it was 3.6), was forced to respec to go deeper.
