please let us optionally disable some sounds!

playing a new minion/herald build, but the constant sounds of buffs and charges expiring is almost enough to make me change to something more solo-based. Please please PLEASE allow us to enable/disable sfx like this!

If there was an option to remove default item dropping sounds and have only a loot filter playback, that'd be amazing as well!
