[XBox] Microtransaction Shop is broken for me

Hi,

I am unable to make purchases on my XBox console for over a week now. Almost everyday I attempt to purchase points... the transaction appears normal without any error messages. But the points never appear on the account.

I did some investigating and I can't find any record of the transactions anywhere.

Could you please let us know if you're able to refresh your purchases by closing Path of Exile and reopening it, then opening the online store again in-game?

Could you explain to me why my purchase attempt failed the first dozen times over the last week? Do you have any telemetry on how many customers are being affected by this issue?

Yes, soon after you replied I successfully made a purchase. But I am more interested in how many XBox Live customers are having the same problem.
