cannot install

I was install poe before, but I had removed it.
Now I download poe.msi try to install again.
Run poe.msi and it didn't create a folder, and it said successfully completed.
I try admin run it, but same problem.
I don't want to reinstall OS.
How can I do?

You are doing it wrong. The file you download is this --> PathOfExileInstaller.exe and that's the file you have to run to install the standalone client.
To download this file, you login to the PoE website and click the download link in the upper right corner of the screen.

What you run could be virus or some other bad stuff.

So I responded to your post about this.

Maybe you have antivirus system blocking the file, nobody knows your system but you. Did you check the "add/remove programs" list in windows control panel. Can you find the PoE client here.
Did you check your windows logs system for any information (event log system)?

So you need to do more troubleshooting and provide a lot more information for anyone to help you.

Bro, you have same problem like me.
I disable antivirus, firewall, too.

I'm having the same problem here... I downloaded the game from Steam yesterday and was playing "normally" despite the crashes, random dcs, lag spikes etc, but since steam is a cancer I decided to play through the standalone client.
So today I unistalled the steam game client and downloaded the standalone from here, but after the "installation" finishes nothing happens, no shortcuts, no game folders, no nothing, and it says that the game was installed sucessfuly.
I dont have antivirus installed in my pc so that's not the problem, and the firewall isn't even on while I try to install the game...
