Hide Flask Effects Mtx

I recently bought the celestial character effect and it looks awesome, but I was disappointed when using a quartz flask because the phasing effect applied and I couldn't really see the celestial effect anymore. I saw that the invisible buff mtx applied to phasing so I was like, "alright, another 5 bucks I guess but atleast I can hide the phasing." Alas the invisible buff mtx doesn't apply to flasks and I still have my problem.

I'm sure this has been posted before but can the invisible buff mtx be changed to also apply to flasks effects? I don't know the technical aspects behind this but I hope it can be done.
