[Feedback] [Graphics] Texture, Material and/or Shader Resolution changes from 3.5.0 to 3.9.0

Hi,

i started to play while the game was in version 3.5.0 (Betrayal).
The excelent atmosphere the Game has created through its design, object detail, music/sounds and game complexity fascinated me (i couldnt believe its for free).

So, in the last month i wanted to continue to play the game and started it again (after round about 1 year).
I am disappointed about how the quality related to shaders has dropped, with that i do not mean the design or animations. Its kinda more the resolution, it looks very synthetic and some textures are blurry or wrongly scaled.

I can assume that the reason to lower the quality was to provide more stable fps. Which seems important for more serious players from poe community, but for player who wanna enjoy the game and story its kinda meeeh. :/

I assume it should be wet stones (because of rain), but it looks more like graphic failures.
