Skill Tree Survivability Help

I was wandering if i could improve my skill tree.Im current running zerk cyclone build.
Life:5400 DPS: 150~200k Armor:7k Itens:

My itens are averege i guess, going to change the boots for one with 38% Fire Res for 75% cap and 20~25% movespeed. I was having a hardtime tanking tier 13+, bougth koam's and helped a lot and made some changes in the skill tree, getting some leech nodes. So, is it worth to get Vaal Pact, Iron Reflexes and the leech nodes(Martial Experience)? or just focus in dmg and life. Skill Tree:

I personally feel that Iron Relexes gave me a lot of survivability but not sure about Vaal Pact and the leech nodes. also im running Blasphemy + vulnerability and tried blasphemy + Warlord's but couldn't see improvement in survivability.
